Service Assurance Guide - BroadCloud for Carrier

The new Service Assurance dashboard replaces the outgoing PacketSmart product. It doesn't require any equipment on premise and supports all devices regardless of vendor. It's also included in the price of the service.

The new dashboard provides:

  • Overall call quality view
  • Call quality statistics
  • Site quality statistics
  • Per call media quality ratings
  • SIP signalling details

To access the dashboard, simply launch it from the Service Assurance panel within the Calling Admin Portal/REP. If you do not see the Service Assurance panel in CAP, please contact your BroadCloud for Carriers Service Provider.
