What you need to know:

Should you forget or misplace your My Phone password, you can easily reset it.


**New R22 Release**

Resetting your My Phone password in R22

  1. From the login in page of the My Phone Portal, click the Forgot your password link.

  1. Enter your User Name and then click the Reset Password link.

  1. Your temporary Password will be emailed to you. Please Note: If the temporary password is not changed within this 24 hours, you will need to follow the password reset procedure again.

  1. Once you have retrieved it, return to the My Phone login page and enter your User Name and temporary Password.
  2. You will be prompted to change your Password. Choose a replacement Password and enter it in the New Password Field and confirm the new password.

Please Note: New passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 characters long
  • Does not contain the username, telephone number or alternate ID
  • Contains at least one character from each category:
    • Uppercase Letters
    • Lowercase Letters
    • Numbers
    • Non-alphanumeric charaters
    • Must be changed after 90 days

    1. Then, click Change Password. You will then be routed to the My Phone Dashboard.
