Introduction to REP
The Rialto Enterprise Portal is a web portal enabling Site Administrators to manage and configure features and settings. It is also sometimes referred to as the REP or the Enterprise Portal. The following diagram shows the hierarchy of the REP dashboard in relation to your access. A site typically represents an office location, for example if your company has three office locations, there would be three sites.

Note: For businesses that operate with 100% remote workers, a site could represent a group of remote workers.
The REP dashboard allows administrators to:
- Manage and modify user phone and number assignments
- Configure Site Services, including:
- Configure features assigned to users
- View call history
- Add and edit notes
