This article provides basic navigation and information on My Account Administrator Portal related topics. To learn more about My Site, please visit the My Site Overview Article.
Overview of My Account Dashboard
The My Account portal allows administrator to:
- View current orders and order status.
- Add/remove administrators.
- Access My Site (including users, devices and site services).
- View call recording information.
- View and export reports.
For a better understanding, the following diagram shows the hierarchy within the system and how it relates to your Administrator rights:
Accessing My Account
- Reference your Welcome Email that was delivered when your account was created.
- Click on the My Account portal URL.
- Enter your assigned My Account User name and temporary password (from the Welcome Email).
- Click Login and update your password.
- Once logged in, you are routed to the Home tab where you can view your Account ID, Billing Account # and links to your account profile, as well as the terms and conditions of your services agreement.
Profile
From the Profile tab, you can:
- Change the name associated with your account.
- Update site address information (critical for e911 purposes) and site primary contact information.
- Identify account contact information.
- Change your My Account User Name and/or password.
Orders
Each time new services are requested for your account, an order is generated.
The order tab displays the list of current orders, the site in which the order is associated with, the order date, and the status link to view the order.
Account Admin
The account admin tab allows you to add admins to your account and view/edit existing admins.
My Site
The My Site tab allows you to access the features and services associated with a specific site.
Call Recording
The Call Recording tab allows you to access call recording services associated with a particular site. Please Note: This will only appear if at least one site has Call Recording. If not, this tab will not appear.
My Reports
The My Reports tab provides call reports on:
- Auto Attendants.
- Queues.
- Numbers and users associated with your account.
